Whichever pathway you choose, you also complete the same career readiness track before you finish: communication, professional conduct, CV, LinkedIn, portfolio building, interview preparation, freelancing and career strategy.
It is not a separate pathway you have to choose. It is part of every pathway, and it is a requirement for certification, because skill you cannot present is skill nobody buys.
